We can use JQL (Jira Query Language) to do various searches in Jira. Lets go through few examples here, I found this useful to look for past calls as well for reporting purposes.

Go to Jira –

Put following string in search criteria  (1)

status was “Request Fulfilled” by currentUser()

You will see this screen,

Change the text in 2 to following,

status was “Request Fulfilled” by currentUser()

You can see all calls done until the very last one, You can change the search criteria see below for more examples.

You can also export your calls or any other users calls.

JQL Query Syntax

status was “Request Fulfilled” by currentUser()

status was “Request Fulfilled” by currentUser() before “2017-02-23” after “2017-02-19”

Other users

status was “Request Fulfilled” by jadhavv

status was “Request Fulfilled” by jadhavv ORDER BY updated ASC

status changed to Closed by xyz

status changed to Resolved by xyz after -10d

status was Resolved by jadhavv before “2014-03-08” after “2014-03-02”
